Case packs, not singles
Every line ships in a sealed case of four to twelve units, with the case barcoded and labelled by SKU. Mixed pallets are built from whole cases only.
Published margin, published RRP
The line sheet lists trade unit cost, case cost, suggested retail and the gross margin it leaves you. Nothing is quoted on request except pallets.
Breakage credited, not argued
Glass, ceramics and glazed stoneware ship in fitted foam or moulded pulp. Damaged units are credited on photographs, with no return leg.
Stock held, not brokered
Twenty-one lines held deep in our own unit. If the line sheet shows it, it leaves the building this week.
Wholesale price breaks
The more cases on the order, the lower the case price
Breaks are calculated on the total number of cases across the whole order, not per line. Mix ranges freely — five cases of five different lines earns the same break as five of one.

Fifty cases and over ships as a wrapped pallet on a dedicated rate. Container and own-brand programmes are quoted per project.
Advent and glass lines are allocated in August. Orders placed after allocation are filled from the reserve at the same break.
VAT where applicable, carriage under the paid-carriage threshold, and any import duty outside the UK and EU.

Trade prices per unit and per case, ex VAT and ex carriage. Enter the number of cases against any line to build an order — the pad at the foot of the page totals it and applies your break.

Your labels on candles, mugs and boxed sets from 250 units per line. Artwork checked and proofed before the run.

Mixed cases built to your shelf plan, packed and barcoded as one SKU so the till and the stock file agree.
Dropship on your orders
We pick and post to your customer in plain packaging with your packing note, on a per-order rate.
Product data pack
CSV of SKUs, barcodes, dimensions, weights and copy, plus cut-out images, sent on account approval.
Logistics
From our unit to your stockroom
Parcel, pallet or your own collection. We pack for the shelf at one end and for the forklift at the other.
Next working day on parcels, two days on pallets. Carriage paid over €600.00 net.
DAP to most member states, two to five working days. Commercial invoice, EORI and commodity codes supplied with every consignment.
Up to 48 cases per Euro pallet depending on line, shrink-wrapped, corner-boarded and labelled per SKU.
Book a slot and collect from the unit yourself. Orders are picked, weighed and ready with the paperwork attached.
Ordering
From first email to first pallet
No portal, no minimum term, no rep visit. Send the SKUs and case counts and we confirm stock the same working day.
Company name, registered number, VAT number if registered, delivery address and the ranges you buy. Same-day approval in most cases.
Use the order pad on this page or email the SKUs and case counts. We check stock and apply your volume break.
You get net value, break applied, carriage and VAT on one proforma. Nothing is picked until you approve it.
Tracked parcel or pallet across the UK and EU with a packing note, SKU labels and photographs of the load on request.
Trade questions
Do you sell to the public?
No. We supply registered businesses, sole traders and other resellers only. Orders from consumers are cancelled and refunded in full.
Can I buy a single unit as a sample?
Not from the line sheet, but we send single samples of up to three lines at trade cost plus carriage once the account is open. Sample cost is credited against your first full case order.
Can cases be split or mixed?
Standard cases are not split. Mixed cases are available as a bespoke assortment, packed and barcoded as one SKU.
Do you offer credit terms?
First orders are on proforma. After two settled invoices we consider 30 days net, subject to a credit reference and an agreed limit.
Is there territory or channel exclusivity?
Not on the standard range. Private label programmes are exclusive to the buyer who commissions them for as long as they continue to reorder.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this site is net of VAT and carriage. UK VAT is added at checkout where it applies; valid EU VAT numbers are zero-rated on intra-community supply.
